Accessibility Statement

Last updated 31 August 2026

This website should be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or a device with reduced motion turned on. That is a commitment, not a box that has been ticked.

What has been done

  • The site is built to aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA.
  • Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, and the focus outline is visible rather than removed.
  • A skip link at the top of each page jumps past the navigation.
  • Text and background colours are contrast checked against the surfaces they actually appear on.
  • Images that carry meaning have alternative text. Images that are decoration are marked so that a screen reader passes over them instead of reading a filename.
  • Headings run in order so a screen reader can navigate the page by structure.
  • Form fields have real labels, and errors are described in words rather than by colour alone.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the animation on this site turns off.
  • The site works at any window width down to 320 pixels without sideways scrolling.

Known limits

The calculators are dense, interactive tools. They are keyboard operable and labelled, and complex numeric interfaces are still harder work with a screen reader than plain text is. If a calculator is getting in your way, call and I will run the numbers with you on the phone. That is a legitimate way to use this site, not a workaround.

Some pages link to third party sites, such as NMLS Consumer Access and Zillow. Their accessibility is not within our control.

Tell us

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please say so. It will be treated as a defect and fixed.

Alternatives

Anything on this website can be provided another way. Every loan programme, every calculation and every form can be walked through by phone, by email, or in the Studio City office.
